On the 6th of April 2019, our service SSL provider will be performing system maintenance. This will require downtime for all certificate ordering, order checking and fulfillment services for SSL brands RapidSSL, GeoTrust & Symantec.
NOTE: This will not effect Comodo SSL brands and any orders completed on this day regarding Comodo SSL products will process and validate as normal.
The downtime will prevent all organizations, including Cherry Host, from processing orders, checking order status and issuing certificates across all brands and certificate types except Comodo SSLs.
During this maintenance window, Cherry Host will respond with ‘Unable to communicate with the Symantec Service. Please try again later.’ for all orders, reissues, and validation actions that correspond with brands RapidSSL, GeoTrust & Symantec.
